Five Barrel Brewing is a fully family-owned and operated brewery in the Illawarra. They established themselves in 2015 with only eight taps and a small taproom. Since then they focused on producing the best quality beer and building a great reputation for it. This has led them to expand their taproom and they now have 10 rotating limited-release beer taps alongside their six core range taps. Their head brewers are always inventing and perfecting new flavour combinations so there is always a new beer for you to try and everyone can find their favourite.

Their brewing process is focused on sustainability and supporting local businesses and suppliers. They believe in fresh craft beer, unfiltered, unpasteurised and with great quality ingredients. Always striving to leave a smaller footprint on our planet, their brand aims to give back to their community and craft beer drinkers all around Australia.
