  1. The Spud-A-Dome has activities for people of any age, there is no restriction on those who can enter the Spud-A-Dome.
  2. Waiver Forms will be available on the day to complete to compete, those who haven’t completed a form will not be able to enter the Spud-A-Dome.
  3. Judges’ decisions are final, and we will not tolerate any dispute, arguing or aggression and you may be removed from the event as a result.
  4. If the competition is terminated, entrants will be notified at the earliest possible opportunity.
  5. Expertise Events are not liable for any injury or distress caused within the Spud-A-Dome and participation is at the individuals own risk.
  6. Management (including both the event organiser, Expertise Events and venue staff) reserve the right to refuse admission and may on occasion conduct security searches to ensure the safety of show patrons.
  7. All tickets are non-refundable. In the case of event postponement by the organiser or venue, tickets purchased will be rolled over to the new dates.
  8. Tickets are not permitted to be re-sold without the express written permission from the event organiser, Expertise Events.
  9. Expertise Events reserves the right to amend or change published details relating to any and all aspects of the event as necessary, without being obliged to provide a refund or exchange to any customer.
  10. Neither the event organiser (Expertise Events), venue or anyone else working as part of the event shall be responsible or liable for loss and damage to personal property brought to the event. Each ticket holder in purchasing a ticket assumes all risk incidental to participation in all event activities.
  11. Tickets are valid solely for the number of days they are purchased for.
  12. ID may be requested by the Event Organiser or venue staff in order to confirm the validity of concession/pensioner/senior/student status, as well as the ownership of any multi-day passes.
  13. Image/Video/ Audio release: In exchange for attending the event, each ticket holder grants permission to Expertise Events and its employees and agents permission to photograph, film, or record the ticket holder and to use the results in materials and all media including but not limited to website and promotional material produced by the event without further notification to the holder. The holder agrees that Expertise owns the images and waives right to compensation or approval over usage. If they are a parent of a ticket holder or attendee under the age of 18, the parent hereby grants the above release approal for image release of their child/minor under their care.
  14. Behavioural standards: Expertise Events reserve the right to deny entry or remove from the event any person who is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner that may be disruptive to the event. The ticket holder further agrees to adhere to the current rules, policies, and procedures outlined on the website.
  15. Privacy: I understand that the information that I have provided to Oz Comic-Con in this application and ticket purchase process is necessary for the Event. If the information is not provided, my application for entry to the Event may be rejected. I acknowledge and agree that the information may be disclosed to third parties in accordance with the Expertise Events Pty Ltd Privacy Policy and will be used for the objects of Oz Comic-Con, to provide you with promotional material from Oz Comic-Con or its sponsors or corporate partners about events, products and/or services that may interest you, and for assisting with research and event evaluation.
  16. Guest appearances at Robertson Potato Festival are work and health commitments pending and timings are subject to change. Information correct at time of writing, check final Event schedule for correct timing and locations.
  17. Theft will not be tolerated at Robertson Potato Festival. If you are caught stealing directly from another individual or taking items from any private or public areas of RPF that are not expressly indicated to be free, remediation steps will be taken, including referral to the police if necessary.
  18. Robertson Potato Festival does not tolerate the commission or act of any crime not otherwise listed in this Code of Conduct at the event itself. Fans that are caught committing any crime, especially one that may endanger the safety of themselves or other fans are at risk of expulsion from the event and referral to the police.
  19. Attendance at Robertson Potato Festival is at your own risk and by entering Robertson Potato Festival you agree not to hold Robertson Potato Festival, it’s organiser Expertise Events, partners, subsidiaries or parent companies liable for any damage or distress incurred at an Robertson Potato Festival event.
  20. I certify that I am not sick and do not have signs or symptoms of COVID-19. I will not enter the Event if I am experiencing any signs or symptoms of COVID-19. I acknowledge that common symptoms of COVID-19 include:
    1. Fever or chills
    2. Cough
    3. Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
    4. New loss of taste or smell
    5. Sore throat
    6. Congestion or runny nose
    7. Nausea or vomiting
  21. I will immediately isolate myself and leave the event and notify event staff if I, or someone I have been in close contact with, is exposed to COVID-19, exhibits COVID-19 symptoms or receives a positive COVID-19 test result.
  22. I expressly agree to fully comply with appropriate COVID-19 health and safety measures and protocols for attendance at the event, including but not limited to vaccination requirements and the requirement to wear face masks at all times (if dictated by the State health requirements to do so) and maintain appropriate social distance. If needed, Expertise will have limited face masks available for those attendees who do not bring their own masks to the event. Expertise reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Show event for failure to adhere to the required COVID-19 health and safety measures and protocols.
  23. While in attendance at the event, I will make every effort to maintain state health recommended hygiene procedures at all times, including following the guidelines of frequent hand washing (or a suitable sanitizing alternative), avoiding touching my eyes, nose, and mouth in public places and covering coughs or sneezes with a tissue or the inside of my elbow.
  24. I expressly assume, and release Expertise Events (“Expertise”) and any of its affiliates from, all risks, claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses, whether or not reasonably foreseeable, associated with, resulting from or arising in connection with my participation or presence at the event, including, without limitation, all risks of harm, damage, illness (including viruses or illness from any communicable disease) or injury (including death) to or related to my person or property.
  25. I grant Expertise the right to use my name, image and likeness, including but not limited to any photographs or video taken of me at the show, for marketing purposes, contact tracing purposes and other reasons that Expertise in their sole discretion deem necessary.
  26. Expertise reserves the right to accept, reject or prohibit registration for or attendance at its events at any time for any reason.
  27. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to the Expertise Privacy Policy.
